SERVICES
We offer a base package that covers all of the basic functions that a small business would need in order to stay updated on their current financials and be ready for tax time. Prices vary by business size, amount of average monthly transactions, and services provided.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE TRACKING AND CATEGORIZATION
Every transaction that comes in and out of the business account will be accounted for and put into the correct categorization. No more missing money and incorrect entries!
BANK RECONCILIATIONS
At the end of each bank statement period, each business account and credit card statement will be double checked to make sure that each transaction has been put into the Quickbooks system correctly. Once everything is balanced, each account will be reconciled and ready for the next month.
MONTHLY FINANCIAL REPORTS
At the end of each month, you will receive reports that show the financial health of your business both during that month and everything up to that point. This includes the balance sheet, profit and loss, and any other reports requested.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Can be customized and added to your monthly package.
INVOICING
Invoice creation and sending via email, through the Quickbooks software platform. This service is added to the base package and price depends on the average amount of invoices that need to be sent per month.
BILL PAY
This service includes recording and paying monthly business bills to vendors using your preferred payment method. This service is added to your base plan, and price depends on number of bills paid and payment method.
CLEAN UP
Are your books a mess? We go back as far as you need to get everything cleaned up and ready for tax time. We can work in Quickbooks Online or Wave, and price depends on business size and complexity. If you sign up as a monthly client we'll cut this rate by 50%.
QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ONBOARDING
Want to move all of your finances over to Quickbooks Online? We can do that for you! It is a fixed fee of $150 and you can even receive our 30% subscription discount for the first year. If you sign up as a monthly client this service is free. We can also set you up with a discount for an Intuit merchant account if desired.
PAYROLL
We can get you set up for payroll through our partnerships with Paychex or Gusto. Once set up, they take over all responsibility and either we can input the hours and rates each pay period or you can. Super easy!
